The Carpigiani Labotronic 20 60 RTX can produce up to 15 litres of ice cream per batch. Thanks to the electronic control system, this can be done at the touch of a button: select the programme (milk or fruit ice cream), set the ice cream firmness and wait until the ice cream machine beeps at the end. There are 12 firmness levels to choose from, whereby the higher the number set, the firmer the ice cream gets. Thanks to the high speed of rotation, the ice cream is dispensed in around 1 to 2 minutes. Residues can be rinsed out with the hand shower and the stainless steel construction offers the best conditions for perfect hygiene.
