Thanks to the Hard-O-Tronic®️ electronic control system, the desired consistency can be set quickly and easily.Both the gravity and pump versions have a 13 liter hopper capacity. It is equipped with the Star Door, specifically for use with the nozzles of the single-portion kit and the new nozzles, with which to customize the style and shape of soft gelato. The machine is air-cooled.
